The 2021 pioneering dual-channel six-sided drilling machine achieves 4.5-6.3 pieces/min drilling efficiency, 20%-40% higher than industry average, via Taiwan system & Sunvega CAM integration. It finishes six-sided processing in one positioning with 60mm minimum hole distance and 12 auxiliary pressure wheels ensuring precision, compatible with BAN, DXF formats.
Over 400 units deployed at QuanU Home and winning TREEZO's Linyi smart factory project validate its scalability. Enabling flexible production and digital integration, it doubles custom furniture capcity，setting new standards for domestic smart manufacturing.
